Bo is an associate in the Complex Litigation, Products Liability, and Real Estate & Title Insurance practice groups. Originally from Camden, Alabama, Bo attended Auburn University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Wireless and Electrical Engineering. He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating cum laude.
Bo has handled a wide range of complex commercial, real estate, and products liability litigation, and has represented a diverse group of clients including financial institutions, manufacturers, offshore marine services companies, and other businesses both large and small. He has represented multiple automobile manufacturers in franchise litigation under both the Alabama Motor Vehicle Franchise Act and the federal Dealers’ Day in Court Act. Bo also assists as national coordinating counsel for a Fortune 500 company managing its asbestos litigation across the entire U.S. In this role, Bo has helped manage hundreds of cases across more than 27 different states, overseeing case-specific strategy, coordination of counsel across jurisdictions, and nationwide docket management.
Across these practice areas, Bo’s technical background allows him to bridge the gap between the legal and the technical and gives him a unique ability to assess and use data to deliver results for his clients.
