Brandi's Profile

Brandi is an attorney in Maynard Cooper’s Real Estate practice group. She focuses her practice on advising developers and investors on commercial real estate projects throughout the Southeast.  Her practice includes all aspects of commercial real development, including purchase and sales agreements, professional service contracts, leases, easements, restriction agreements, development agreements, financing documents, workout agreements, construction contracts, organizational agreements, and entity formations.  Brandi’s practice covers a wide range of deal sizes and property types for both owners and tenants. From highly complex shopping center development to addressing unique issues facing small shop tenants, Brandi is skilled at keeping various parts of the deal moving forward.

Prior to Maynard Cooper, Brandi served as in-house counsel for a local real estate developer where she gained significant experience maintaining a successful development from both the landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.

Brandi received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law and holds a B.A. from Jacksonville State University
