C. William Courtney

Will is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Section and a member of the Insurance and Financial Services Practice, which defends companies in individual and class action cases involving claims of fraudulent sales practices, bad faith, fraud, and breach of contract and fiduciary duty. Members of the practice also represent insurance providers, third-party administrators, plan administrators, and employers in a variety of complex group insurance related matters involving life, health, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment plans and coverage.

Will earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and he holds a B.A. in Government and Economics from The University of Virginia where he was a member of the Virginia Men’s Rowing team.
