Overview

Caroleene is a Shareholder in the Commercial Finance Group. She has experience representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, dispositions, conservation easements, and commercial leases. Her broad client base includes hospitality companies, national homebuilders, food and retail chains, landlords, tenants, land trusts, private landowners, lenders, national banking institutions, and insurance companies with investment properties.

Caroleene was born and raised in Monroe County, Alabama, graduated magna cum laude from Baylor Law School, and holds an A.B. from Harvard College. Prior to joining Maynard in 2019, Caroleene practiced in San Antonio, Texas.
