Caron is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Financial Services practice groups. She focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing matters. Caron also represents buyers, sellers, developers, and tenants in real estate transactions involving development, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.
Caron received her J.D. cum laude from Florida State University College of Law. Among her many accomplishments in law school, she was a recipient of the Preeminent Scholar Award, an editor on the Florida State University Law Review & Florida State Business Review, served as Vice President of the Black Law Student Association, and earned a Business Law Certificate. Prior to attending law school, Caron served as an AmeriCorps volunteer at Impact Alabama.
She earned her B.A. in Philosophy cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College where she participated in the Bunting Center’s service-learning program, the Hess Fellowship Program, and the Donald C. Harrison Honors College.
