David is an Associate in Maynard Cooper’s Real Estate and Financial Services Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of real property. David also represents lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions.
David received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review, member and competition semifinalist for the Campbell Moot Court Board, member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, Hugo L. Black Scholar, and recipient of the Dean M. Leigh Harrison Award. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Auburn University.
