Grace is an Associate in the Firm’s Securities and Financial Services Litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including the defense of financial institutions in FINRA arbitrations relating to suitability, churning, and other alleged sales practice violations. Her experience includes insurance litigation and ERISA litigation with the Firm’s ERISA and Group Insurance Litigation group where she represented insurers, third party administrators, sponsoring employers, plans, and plan administrators in ERISA and non-ERISA benefit claim disputes brought by participants and beneficiaries of life, health, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment plans.
She received her J.D. from Duke University Law School. She earned her B.A. in English and Spanish magna cum laude from Davidson College.
