Haley Stencel is an Associate in the Firm’s Huntsville office and is a member of the Government Solutions practice group. As a member of the Government Solutions Group, Haley represents government contractors with transactional, regulatory and procurement matters. Specifically, Haley’s practice includes preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, and joint venture arrangements as well as entity formation, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Her regulatory practice includes advising companies on compliance issues under the FAR and the SBA’s regulations. Additionally, Haley represents government contractors in bid protest and claim actions against government agencies related to procurement activities.
Prior to joining the firm, Haley focused on domestic and international investments for public and private institutional investors across a range of alternative investments, as well as the tax laws governing such funds. She also has developed customized proposal responses for a federal construction and logistics contractor as well as authored and edited required submission components for Federal Requests for Proposal.
Haley is fluent in Spanish.
