Hannah is an Associate in Maynard Cooper’s Real Estate and Financial Services Practice Group. She focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing matters. Hannah also represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions involving development, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Hannah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a Hugo L. Black Scholar, Dean M. Leigh Harrison Award recipient, and elected to the Order of the Coif. Hannah served as an Executive Editor for the Alabama Law Review, John A. Campbell Moot Court Board member and competition quarterfinalist, and member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy: Jurisprudence Specialization, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
