Hannah is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at Maynard Cooper. Her practice focuses on the representation of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions involving acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real property. Hannah has particular expertise in hospitality transactions, in which she has represented buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide variety of hotel-related transactions. She also has experience in a variety of transactions related to the purchase, sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and other types of properties, as well as new developments. She helps clients assess all aspects of due diligence in real estate transactions, including evaluating potential environmental issues.
Hannah is actively involved in Birmingham CREW as a candidate member. She is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and participates in its Women Lawyers Section and Young Lawyers Section.
Hannah earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review. She is a recipient of the M. Leigh Harrison Award and the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award and a member of the Order of the Coif. Hannah was also a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board and competed with the Jessup International Law moot court team. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Economics from Samford University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was named Most Outstanding Student in Economics.
