Hannah represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. She is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice group where her practice includes handling acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leasing, and financing of real property.
Hannah’s experience spans the industry spectrum with transactions involving office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality and other types of properties, as well as new developments. Throughout each transaction she guides clients in negotiating and documenting the transaction. She also advises clients in assessing all aspects of due diligence in their real estate endeavors, including evaluating title and survey matters and potential environmental issues.
Hannah’s talents earned her recognition in the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2020 NextGen BHM: Real Estate and Construction as one of the area’s leading young real estate professionals. Hannah is actively involved in Birmingham CREW as a candidate member.
Hannah earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review. She is a recipient of the M. Leigh Harrison Award and the Hugo L. Black Scholar Award and a member of the Order of the Coif. Hannah was also a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board and competed with the Jessup International Law moot court team. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Economics from Samford University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was named Most Outstanding Student in Economics.
