Hayley's Profile

Hayley is an Associate in Maynard Cooper’s Corporate Section. She works with business clients of all sizes, ranging from large corporate entities to emerging growth companies.

Her transactional experience includes assisting companies with restructuring and formation, drafting bylaws and operating agreements, and negotiation and drafting of employment and executive agreements, commercial real estate agreements, lease agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.

With her transactional knowledge, Hayley focuses a large portion of her practice in the area of mergers and acquisitions. She assists both buyers and sellers with all phases of the negotiation and agreement process, including conducting thorough due diligence. Her attention to detail and delivering timely responses provides invaluable service to clients who are oftentimes in complex, high-impact business situations.

Hayley earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her LL.M., with honors, from the Georgetown University Law Center and The Graduate Institute of Geneva. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Missouri State University.
