Overview

Jacqueline “Jackie” is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and enforcement.

Prior to joining Maynard, Jacqueline was an Intellectual Property Associate for a Firm in Los Angeles where she assisted clients with enforcing and protecting intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. She also advised clients in domain name disputes and the selection and clearance of trademarks.

Jacqueline holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. While in law school, Jacqueline was a judicial extern for Judge Josephine L. Staton in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Jacqueline also served as the Chief Comments Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and Treasurer of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association.
