Jeff's Profile

Jeff is a Corporate associate and handles matters for a wide range of business clients related to all aspects of their daily operations and long-range planning, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives and financial related goals.

Working closely with members of the Firm’s Public Company Advisory group, Jeff has a particular focus in assisting publicly traded and reporting companies with concerns involving corporate governance and securities issues, as well as their acquisitions and dispositions.

Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, and he holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama. Whenever he has the opportunity, Jeff enjoys utilizing his engineering knowledge to work with the firm’s clients in the manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and other industries who have business matters involving complex engineering details.
