Jennifer is a member of Maynard Cooper’s Correctional Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on representing correctional agencies and vendors in litigation matters throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Jennifer worked in Huntsville advising private clients on bankruptcy, debt collection defense, consumer protection, and real estate matters, including evictions, foreclosures, and mortgage modification. Jennifer has served as litigation support for several esteemed law firms.
Jennifer worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge C. Michael Stilson in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Alabama, Western Division and Judge William L. Stocks in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of North Carolina, Greensboro Division.
Jennifer obtained her J.D. from the University of Alabama where she served as Editor for the Alabama Law Review. She earned her Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
