As a member of Maynard Cooper’s Litigation Practice Group, John works on various complex matters such as class actions, commercial business litigation, and antitrust disputes. His experiences include briefing through all stages of litigation and serving on the trial team defending class actions in federal court. He also has experience supervising large scale electronic document productions.
Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, John worked in-house at a large financial institution. He is a member of the Vulcan District Eagle Board of Review, previous Chair of the Magic City Choral Society, and is actively pursuing opportunities to bring an end to Birmingham’s food deserts.
John received his J.D. from the College of William and Mary Law School, and holds a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
