Jordan is an Associate in Maynard’s Litigation section where he works on various complex matters such as class actions, commercial business litigation, and antitrust disputes. He is a member of the Business Litigation Practice, a team dedicated to representing companies, their owners, and shareholders in legal disputes involving fraud, tortious interference, securities, sales and acquisitions, trademark infringement, shareholder oppression, hostile takeovers, contracts, cryptocurrency, and brokerage fees, just to name a few.
Before joining the Firm, Jordan served as a law clerk for Judge Sharon L. Blackburn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and Justice Jay Mitchell of the Alabama Supreme Court.
Jordan earned his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law where he served as Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review, Student Chapter President of the Federalist Society, and a member of the trial advocacy team. He holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in History and Political Science from The University of Alabama.
