Kaylee is an Associate in Maynard’s Public Company Advisory Group. The Public Company Group provides legal advice on compliance with evolving securities laws and corporate governance practices and regularly assists clients in debt and equity capital markets transactions.
Kaylee received her J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, Chief Justice of the Henry Upson Moot Court Board, and a member of Cumberland’s ABA National Moot Court Team, where her team reached the quarterfinals of the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She received CALI Awards in Torts, Professional Responsibilities, Constitutional Law, and American Law Practice and Procedure. Kaylee holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama.
