Kimberly is Of Counsel in the firm's Birmingham office and a member of the Estate, Trust, and Business Planning Practice Group.

Kimberly’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, fiduciary advisory services, and charitable giving. She assists corporate fiduciaries with issues relating to the administration of estates and trusts. She advises individual clients with respect to their estate planning needs as well as business succession planning, charitable giving, and wealth preservation. She prepares wills, trust agreements, and other documents to implement those plans. She has experience advising individuals and corporations on federal tax aspects of their charitable giving plans and in implementing those plans through the creation of tax-exempt organizations.
