Logan's Profile

Logan is an associate in Maynard Cooper's Insurance & Financial Services practice. Logan has extensive experience in the life, health, and disability field with hands-on experience in policy drafting, navigating compliance issues, implementation of plans, and claims administration.

Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Logan was Assistant Vice President & Senior Counsel at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America where he was company lead for Group insurance litigation and interpleaders, in addition to practicing in areas of individual products (distribution and broker/dealer), direct-to-consumer and litigating across Guardian's lines of business. During his time at Guardian, he oversaw all bankruptcy litigation, while also practicing in Intellectual Property, tort, investments, and real estate litigation.

Logan has significant experience leading Diversity & Inclusion efforts, including helping companies and firms strengthen their diversity initiatives, in addition to serving on the Social Justice, Diversity & Inclusion Task Force for the Martha's Vineyard Campground Meeting Association in Massachusetts. Logan also serves as Secretary of the Board for the American Institute for Stuttering.
