Mark Foley is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice group. He has handled cases for clients in 14 different states and territories. His insurance litigation practice focuses on defending against bad-faith, fraud, class, and punitive damages claims across a wide variety of coverage areas. His financial services litigation practice focuses on defending shareholder derivative actions, securities disputes, and consumer litigation claims brought under TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and RESPA.
Mark also has experience in other high-stakes litigation matters, including cases involving intellectual property, real property valuation, and governmental entities and actors. Mark is admitted to practice before the USPTO and assists clients in protecting their intellectual property.
He obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of Alabama and received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
