Matthew A. Rowley

Matt is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Section. He focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and working with emerging growth companies throughout all stages of their operations. He has experience drafting entity formation and governance documents, assisting clients with strategic transactions, advising clients on financing or recapitalization, and managing strategic transactions including conducting thorough due diligence on multi-million dollar deals.

In addition to working with individual business entities, Matt also works with investors in the venture capital and private equity sectors on both the acquisition and disposition side.

Prior to joining Maynard, Matt spent two years as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm. He also served four years in the United States Air Force as a Command Post Controller including two deployments to Balad, Iraq.
