Melissa's Profile

Melissa is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property, both in litigation and through licensing, in the areas of Copyright, Patent, and Trademark law. Melissa’s litigation experience also includes defending clients in a broad range of other commercial disputes and complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Melissa worked as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Melissa received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the Symposium Editor for the Emory International Law Review, and was the President of Street Law, Inc., as well as the Vice President of the Asian American Law Students Association.
