Molly's Profile

Molly is an Associate in the Firm’s Public Finance Practice, which is one of the largest public finance practice groups in the southeast and offers the full complement of services, including planning prior to a debt issue, guidance during financing, and ongoing post-issuance tax and securities compliance. Members of Maynard’s Public Finance Practice work to secure innovative financing structures for all types of projects for cities, counties, boards of education, public utilities, healthcare entities, governmental agencies, and non-profits.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, Molly holds a J.D. and a Certificate of Specialization in Law & Business. She earned a B.S. B.A., cum laude, in Accounting from Auburn University. While at Auburn University, Molly co-founded and served as Treasurer for Auburn for Water, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving water conditions by digging wells and providing filters in India and Cambodia.
