Overview
Monica assists with matters for clients involving all aspects of real estate, real estate development, and commercial finance transactions. She is an Associate in the Banking and Credit Practice and also works closely with her colleagues in the Real Estate Practice.
Monica received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Monica was an Executive Editor for the American University Business Law Review and was a Distinguished Myer’s Fellow with the Legal Rhetoric Department. She holds a B.A. in Economics & International Studies from the University of South Carolina.
