Riley is an Associate and member of the Real Estate practice group at Maynard Cooper.
His work focuses on the representation of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate matters, including acquisition, development and leasing transactions in markets throughout the United States.
Riley earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was an Abraham Caruthers Legal Research and Writing Fellow. He also holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Auburn University, where he graduated cum laude. While at Auburn, he was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honor Society and served as President of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
