Overview

Nik helps government contractors and other businesses resolve disputes involving the government, employees, or other contractors/companies. He has experience representing government contractors in bid protest issues and other procurement litigation in front of government agencies and the courts. Regardless of the issue, Nik enjoys applying his skills and training to help his clients achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Maynard, Nik served as a law clerk for bankruptcy judges Honorable W. Homer Drake in the Northern District of Georgia and Honorable John T. Laney, III in the Middle District of Georgia. Nik also served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Georgia and interned with the Georgia Secretary of State.

Nik obtained his J.D. from Mercer University where he was Editor for the Annual Survey of Georgia Law, Mercer Law Review, and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Kennesaw State University.
