Robert Blackburn

Bob is a member of Maynard Cooper's Corporate Securities & Tax Practice.

His corporate practice focuses in the areas of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, tax matters, and strategic financing. Bob also works closely with the Firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. With his background in business finance, Bob advises clients with business matters involving real property transactions, asset acquisitions, and general commercial financing strategies. As a former litigator, business clients turn to Bob for advice on litigation avoidance strategies and review of policies and procedures.

Bob received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, and he earned his B.A. in Finance, Commerce, and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
