Brad's Profile

Brad is an accomplished member of Maynard’s Litigation Practice. He focuses on municipal defense and general litigation.

Prior to joining Maynard, Brad handled both criminal and family law disputes at a high-volume defense firm. He served as Assistant District Attorney in Memphis, Tennessee. While operating in this role, Brad gained extensive jury trial experience through a variety of significant cases, including representation of the State of Tennessee in multiple permit appeals matters. He also served as a precinct advisor for the Ridgeway Station campus of the Memphis Police Department.

Brad earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law where he served both on the Moot Court Board and as an articles editor for the Mental Health Law and Policy Journal. He received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Interfraternity Council (IFC) Judicial Board.
