Sarah's Profile

Sarah is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice, which assists businesses of all sizes and across the industry spectrum in a wide range of labor and employment related situations, including matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Section 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other analogous state discrimination and tort laws.

Sarah earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law where she served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was a Scholar of Merit in Labor Law. She graduated from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A., cum laude, in Real Estate.
