Stephanie's Profile

Stephanie is an Associate in Maynard Cooper's Corporate Section and a member of the Firm's General Counsel Services, Family Business, and Real Estate practice groups.

With a broad transactional background handling matters involving business law, commercial real estate, and commercial finance, Stephanie's practice concentrates on assisting business owners and executives with the full range of issues and concerns they face running a company. Clients range from family owned and privately-held businesses to publicly-traded entities. Stephanie provides legal counsel in areas regarding business and succession planning, risk management, asset protection, governance, and compliance, just to name a few.

Stephanie received her J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was a Dean's Scholar. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College.
