Stewart is an Associate in Maynard Cooper’s Litigation Practice, where he focuses on complex litigation matters.
Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Stewart served as a congressional intern in the office of Travis Childers and a senatorial intern in the office of Senator Richard Shelby in Washington, D.C. Stewart also served as a law clerk in three Birmingham law offices and in the office of the Jefferson County District Attorney.
Stewart earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Cumberland School of Law, where he served as Acquisitions Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was The Chief Judge of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board. Stewart was a Caruther's Fellow and his National Trial Team finished in the top 8 at the 2016 National Trial Competition. Stewart received his B.A. summa cum laude from The University of Alabama.
