Drew is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Practice. Over his twenty year career, Drew has represented corporate clients and individuals in both state and federal matters all over the country and has represented multiple clients on a regional or national basis. He has tried and arbitrated numerous cases to completion, including contract and business disputes, cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, construction disputes, fraud cases, product liability cases, and employment matters. Drew also has significant experience handling class actions, mass torts, university compliance and NCAA investigations, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) investigations, and representing clients and handling various matters in the music and entertainment industry.
Over the years, Drew has represented companies from a number of different industries, including construction equipment, mining services, wood treatment, automotive and motorcycle/ATV manufacturing, insurance, pharmaceutical devices, and medical services to name a few. Drew is also admitted to practice and has regularly represented clients in the United States Virgin Islands since 2014.
