Stewart Thames

Stewart is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices Groups. The M&A Group has extensive experience in representing and advising purchasers and sellers of publicly and privately held companies in a wide variety of negotiated transactions, such as mergers, spinoffs, recapitalizations, and leveraged buyouts.

Stewart received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School. He holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and English from Hampden-Sydney College.
