Maynard Cooper & Gale and Nexsen Pruet have agreed to merge on April 1, 2023. Together we will be Maynard Nexsen.

Our attorneys have deep ties to the insurance industry. We have current members who have served in executive management at insurance companies in the past, and former members of our firm who currently serve in such roles. We are heavily invested in the leading insurance industry groups, including the Association of Life Insurers Counsel and the American Council of Life Insurers. Among other things, our involvement in these industry groups allows us to stay in front of industry trends and regulatory changes.
