Maynard Cooper & Gale is pleased to welcome Seth Capper to its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice. Seth will work as an Associate in the firm’s Birmingham office.
With five years of experience, Seth’s practice will focus primarily on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Seth also has experience advising clients on a wide range of transactional and tax matters, including business planning, mergers and acquisitions, securities and regulatory compliance, charitable giving, and estate planning. Seth earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and he holds a J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
