Stephanie Mays, a shareholder in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice, represented Maynard Cooper in the Birmingham Business Journal’s “Insights into Harassment” Table of Experts which was published in the January 26 issue of the Journal. Stephanie was one of two area business leaders in the labor and employment field who served as an “expert” to provide insight into how companies can address and prevent harassment in the workplace.
“Companies should take the opportunity at the beginning of the year to, at the very least, have counsel review their anti-harassment policy to provide any recommended updates or revisions,” Stephanie said.
