Jim Sanders is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance practice group where his work focuses on the representation of finance and real estate transactions, with a focus on loans pursuant to the programs of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Jim will also represent clients in all types of real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real property. He also has experience in representing landlords and tenants in the navigation through various issues and disputes that arise out of their commercial lease agreements.
Jim received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as Senior Editor of Alabama Law Review and was a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Alabama.
