Matt Edinger is an attorney in the Firm’s ERISA and Group Insurance Litigation, Insurance and Financial Services Litigation, and Securities Litigation groups. His practice focuses on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including the defense of financial institutions in FINRA arbitrations, and representing insurers, third-party administrators, plans, plan administrators, and employers in ERISA and non-ERISA benefit claim disputes brought by participants and beneficiaries of life, health, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment plans.
Matt earned his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences.
